Poem

wake up, get dressed, go.
life goes on and on,
and forever so
greet the rain, or sun,
perhaps the snow, or the clouds,
but meet whatever you meet
drown yourself in urban sounds
and in a packed, human heat
bus, train, car, walk,
just make your way
'no time to talk!'
is what you'll say
perhaps there was some time,
some time to say hi back.
